Our Prime Brisket is smoked for 12 - 14 hours every night using oak wood and our special blend of spices. The BBQ Sauce is our own special recipe and is also made fresh daily. We offer a variety of meats to include Brisket, Sausage, Turkey Breast, St. Louis Pork Ribs, Chicken and Pulled Pork.
We also offer Baby Back Ribs with a Big Red

The Brisket House was established in May 2010. Our first location on the corner of Woodway and Augusta opened May 7th 2010. Two years later we opened up in Deer Park TX on Center St. Both locations offer Dine-in, Carry-out and Catering.
